Biological human were obtained by two different methods, from volunteers 10 patients taking paracetamol. extracted methanol, then extraction results are privatized with BSTFA mixed 1% TMCS last stage analyzed chromatography method-Mass (GC-MS). The showed that who had taken their positive acetaminophen form acetaminophen-TMS. acetaminophen-TMS produced as result derivatization TMCS. In sample 0-3 cm concentrations 0.1761-0.3392 ng / mg samples, 0-6 0.2081-0.4845 0-10 concentration 0.2473-0.5782 samples. From this shows compounds specimens individuals therapy, optimize analysis affect GC-MS method.
